Fees to Tenants

All fees to tenants and landlords are inclusive of VAT

Refundable tenancy deposit (where annual rent is less than £50,000 ) - Maximum five weeks rent
Refundable tenancy deposit (where annual rent is £50,000 or above) - MAXIMUM SIX WEEKS' RENT

Default fee under terms of tenancy agreement - Late payment of rent (Outstanding for 14 days or more)
Charged daily at a maximum of 3% APR plus Bank of England base rate (currently 0.75%)

Lost key/ Security device- Key £50.00
Security device £90.00 (plus any reasonable costs incurred)

Change of tenancy agreement at the request of tenant - Maximum £50

Fees to Fees to Landlords

All fees to tenants and landlords are inclusive of VAT

Let only: 6% on Annual Rental Income
Let only services include: marketing the property; carrying out accompanied viewings; arranging for the inventory to be carried out; conducting the relevant checks on potential tenants, including credit checks; and referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.

Deposit collection: £30.00
As an additional service, we can protect the deposit on behalf of landlords for peace of mind.

Rent collection: 7% of monthly rent
In addition to our rent collection service, we can offer to pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears.

Full management service: 8% of monthly rent
Full management includes all of the above and obtaining quotes for and arranging repairs within the property; carrying out 2 routine inspections per annum and notifying the landlord of the outcome; advising all relevant utility providers of changes of occupation; and holding the keys throughout the tenancy.

Check out fee: £90.00
The check-out fee will include any unprotected deposit where applicable and return to the landlord.
